In project management, the company strictly follows customer’s requirements and TS16949 auto standards to set up the project development and control system, and applies major tools like AIAG APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP&CP for the implementation. We will make synchronous development with the vehicle manufacturer, and we will set up a project team and set the targets like development schedule, quality and costs, and make risk assessments through periodic summary and quality appraisal, and finally complete the product development and make mass production.
